Moved in at the beginning of June into a 2bed/2bath. The apartment is very nice, built very well and the staff is extremely helpful. Lane in the office has been exceedingly helpful on multiple occasions, (he's awesome.) We've submitted 2 maintenance requests for small things and received an immediate response from Alex, who fixed the issues the same day. The apartment itself is nicer than most. Quality build, and nothing to complain about. The 'noise' is no different than any other multifamily housing. The walls are not paper thin... It's not loud... Excited for the construction to be finished and have access to all the amenities. 10/10 recommend this community.

By far the best office staff I’ve ever had in any apartment I’ve lived in across multiple states. They are friendly, kind, and take the time to answer questions or concerns. Lane has even taken the time to bring packages to our door that were dropped off in the office by Amazon. Absolutely stellar!! In addition, the actual apartment is wonderful. I feel safe returning home anytime day or night, there are a lot of areas for dogs outside, and everyone is so nice and friendly.
