On a terribly rainy day which happened to be the day of my tour with Jillian turned out to be amazing! Despite the weather, she was very accommodating, welcoming, informative, and very professional. Not only that, but the apartment seemed very clean, spacious, and right up our alley! This alone convinced me to put in an application right away. After the application, Jillian was sure to keep open communication with me as to what extra information will be needed. Her tone is friendly, and she gets straight to the point on everything. And when she wasn't available to speak, Jessica was there to assist me with her kindness and uplifting personality. Even if not approved, I am still keeping this review up for others to know how well this company treats their potential tenants!!! 😊
