Welcome to The Florentine! Originally built in 1911 by Italian immigrant Vincent P. Chiodo, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985 and renovated into luxury apartments in 2019. Each unit comes with a reserved parking space, in-unit washer and dryer, access to the gated community patio and grill area, high efficiency stainless steal appliances and so much more! We’re located just off 25th and Leavenworth making for fast access to Downtown, The Old Market, Interstate 480, and all the benefits that go with them! Although I didn't end up going with The Historic Florentine, I believe they were beautiful. The apartments are very cute and include laundry and nice finishes. I liked the option of off street parking and the gated area behind the building. The only reason I didn't go with them is because I found the bedroom/closet space small. Aside from that, liked them a lot!

Beautiful from inside to outside. Captivating historic entrance and interior stairwell. Wonderful 1 and 2 bedroom choices of floor plans including a spacious 2 bedroom handicapped accessible apartment. Wide interior and exterior doors, huge wheel chair manageable kitchen with lowered appliances and safe efficient bathroom. The 2 bedroom apartments have either an island or L-shaped counter and enclosed patio. Some 1 bedrooms have balconies. A beautiful courtyard serves all units.
