Paid rent 3-5 days early for 14 months straight. Attempted to rent online (as I always do) on the 15th month and it didn’t go through properly twice. I made the office aware of the issue. The issue was not fixed. I paid rent by check as a result and I was still charged $150 late fee. This is one of many issues myself and my neighbors have experienced. Update: Carson Towers is under new management and I can already see improvement as a tenant who had to move out.
