Maintenance and garbage collection is consistent and timely. The apartments are well maintained and well designed, good layout. Lots of backyard grass to overlook your apartment. Nice, polite neighbors. Animal friendly.

Where do I even begin!! Love Whispering Hills Apartments. My husband and I have lived in every size apartment they offer. We moved away for a couple years and missed it so much we moved back. The staff is always so friendly, accommodating, understanding, and welcoming. If there is an issue it’s fixed quick and communicated very well. Love the Apartment amenities and they are kept in excellent order. The apartment is located close to about everything you could need. My favorite part is being close to the highway. Totally would recommend! My only issue is not necessarily the apartment complex but the way residents receive package delivery’s. About 80% of packages are delivered directly to your door. However, 20% of them are dropped off inside the office. In the office all packages are labeled and placed unorganized on shelves. The issue I’ve discovered is if you work when the office is open you are SOL to pickup your package. I prefer the old way they use to do it and the new way is mildly irritating. Besides that 10/10.5
