I've been here about 1.5 years in a renovated apartment . The apartments are quiet and in a good location . The lady saying you can find better apartments for less is just being a Karen . She was complaining about the windows being huge but the sliding doors and windows are actually incredible.Anyone with common sense knows that on 0 degree days you might need to shut the shades even with double pane .The maintenance guy is very nice and honest . The pool is a nice feature that surprisingly doesn't have many people using it . It's nice and they've added more pool amenities . The floors are a little squeaky but that's the only negative thing I can think of. I've never seen a bug since living here and I haven't seen any cars get broken into.
