I have been very pleased with my experience at Walnut Tower. Saylor, the maintenance staff, and management responds quickly to requests and they keep everyone well informed of any maintenance issues that could affect residents. I have been very impressed with the communication from the office. It shows they care about their residents. They are completing some upgrades and renovations and I am looking forward to the finished product. As with any house or apartment community, things happen and it is how those issues are handled that make all the difference and this staff handles things exceptionally well. I was a little worried that the building might be loud due to being downtown, but I do not regularly hear my neighbors and have lived in buildings where you can hear everything next door. That is not the case here. For me, the place is quiet enough, has everything I need - package room, fitness center, maintenance staff. This is a great place for anyone who wants an affordable but quality home in the downtown area.
