We have been living in these apartments for two years now. We were a little skeptical to move here because of the review but the property manager shared the management changed and several positive efforts and changes were made. The staff here is very friendly and they've really maintained the property. Its a quiet nice neighborhood and the apartments are wonderful. We feel we've found a true home in this community.

Living at Continental North is made worth it 100% by Gabriel in the main office and Rob, the maintenance guy. They’re both very respectful and the most human apartment staff we’ve ever had. Gabriel is always prompt and connects with the tenants on a regular basis, he’s concern is always the tenants first. Rob has always answered my questions and dealt with my issues all in stride. Very patient and very respectful of our home. The townhome we live in is very spacious and we have an amazing price for rent.
