I have lived here for 5 years. Since the new management came in they have made many improvements and continue to do so and are pleasant to work with. I can not say enough good things about maintenance. Since Mike has been here my requests are done in a kind, friendly, timely, and accurate manner. He is even considerate of my dog which I appreciate tremendously! She loves him! Which makes me happy since I had issues with maintenance and my dog in the past. The improvements have been great. The few issues I have had have been taken care of quickly and pleasantly. I am content to continue my lease another year knowing my needs will be met in a safe friendly place to live.
