Today Juan Rodriguez from the painters department in maintenance came to paint our kitchen ceiling due to the leak we had from our upstairs shower as well as the closet that was affected by the leak. We didn't think anyone would come out being that the leak occurred in Aug/September....a while ago and was addressed and we were just grateful we didn't have to fear falling through the floor while bathing. But to our surprise we got a call last Friday to be told that someone would be at our unit within the hour to repair and paint the water damage, I'm so thankful it worked out that during the current holidays we didn't have guest or plans to host guest. Being that the patch work was done that Friday and the second half of the job (painting) was finished by the end of the day Monday. Juan was awesome, respectful, tidy and efficient and his work will revive no complaint whatsoever however that last minute notice months later a hour before arrival for a job that would take a few days before the holiday was found to be below standard for "luxury apartments" as advertised

Good location, but very old building with lots of problems need to be fixed. I moved here in Aug. In the past four months, I pretty much needed maintenance service very month. And the property management company they hired is horrible. Not responsive and not flexible. Please work a bit harder to improve the service and make it a bit more enjoyable for the tenants.
