This condo features an open floor plan, a private deck, wood flooring in the main living area, in-unit laundry, and ample closet space, including a walk-in closet. The full kitchen and luxurious bathroom with a shower over tub provide all the comforts of home. An Apple TV by Youtube TV is included. 1-car parking is included. Pets are permitted with permission. A non-refundable pet charge or increased deposit and a monthly charge are required. No more than two pets are allowed per unit. The pet rest area at the roof is for exclusive use of approved pets. Please clean up after each use and hose down the area after every use. The maximum car dimensions allowed are: Maximum length: 16'-3", Maximum width: 6'-3", Maximum height: 5'-5". Located on the corner of Page and Gough, The Hayes is flanked by the Castro, Civic Center, and the Mission, with Muni, BART, and shuttles all nearby. Discover culture, shopping, epicurean delights, government, and technology hubs, all within close proximity. It does not get more centrally located, with a 100 Transit Score and a 98 Walkscore. PG&E is paid to $145. Over $145.00 per month, the tenant is responsible. Pets with a history of biting are not permitted at the property. You agree and assume full responsibility for personal injuries or property damage caused by the pet, and hereby agree to indemnify and hold the property harmless against any loss, or liability of any kind or character whatsoever resulting from the privilege of having a pet on the premises. You are responsible for the action of your pet at all times. Should your pet injure any other pets, residents, the property associates, or other individuals not listed here while on the premises, you will be asked to remove the pet from the premises immediately. If the barking of a Tenant’s dog becomes a constant issue for the quiet enjoyment of the premises by other residents through documentation by several residents, then Tenant and Owner will discuss positive ways to mitigate this disturbance. If the Tenant is unwilling to mitigate this disturbance, then Tenant will be asked to relocate or face possible eviction. A fine will be charged for any owner that is not picking up after their dog. Please note that a refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required and must be paid directly to the partner after the booking is confirmed.
