Was a resident at this building for over a year and overall had a very positive experience throughout my stay. Pros: - Location: It’s quite centrally located and its easy to get to most of SF. - Transportation: Public transport is nearby (Muni/Civic Center station). If you use Lyft bikes, theres a station literally across the street. - Amenities: Appliances are brand new and work great. The induction cooktop specifically is quite amazing. - Staff: Amber is amazing and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. From signing the lease to handing over at the end of my stay, she went above and beyond. When there were issues, she was quick to respond and address them. - New Construction: building is new, I kinda liked that 🤷‍♂️ Cons: - Location: Its close to Civic Center and while there aren’t homeless encampments around the block, there will be a few people wandering about and occasionally accosting you. The building has a guard at night which somewhat alleviates this concern. If you aren’t ok/dont feel safe, its something to be mindful of - Apartment building has no gym. There is a fitness SF close by though The cons weren’t dealbreakers for me though, so overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend.
