I have lived in this building for over two decades . Initially it was not a pleasant experience to say the least . But over the years and scores of Owners and Management companies the building and the neighborhood have become one of the most sought after residences in the City . When Equity first came in they made a great many upgrades to our building , we had a long way to go to being High End , and the tenants responded with pleasure . I am now pleased to admit that when friends and relatives visit me , people I haven’t seen in decades , all say they cannot recognize the place . It is a pleasure to deal with the Equity Staff , from Management to Facilities managers and the General Staff . When friends looking for Apts. ask me about my experiences here I give a resounding positive referral .

I have lived here since January and so far my experience has been great. Sidney helped with my move in and things went smoothly. I got approved same day and was able to get the move in process started. Things have been up and down but the staff here has always been super responsive and quick to act. Mike Miller, Nyi, Arfel, and Mike Lopez have all been exceptional!! They have all listened to my needs and concerns and have treated me with the utmost respect, loving my apartment and view :)
