Marco Alioto is by far the best leasing agent who’s showed me around an apartment. He was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was really nice and had a great gym - I recommend it.

Lived here for about 2 weeks now and overall has been a nice experience. Office Staff (5/5): Marco was amazing, on move in day we had an issue with the initial unit we chose since we didn't tour it, and Marco helped us transfer to another unit that was still available. I appreciate him going the extra mile even though he had no requirement to do so. It made a huge difference to our experience here. Maintenance (5/5): We made a variety of requests during move in week, and they were addressed within 24 hours. Maintenance staff is very knowledgable in fixing a variety of issue. Appliances (5/5): Everything felt on the newer end and was in great condition. Getting packages (4/5): There are 2 places where packages are dropped off + an amazon locker, and there inconsistencies with delivery drivers where they drop something off which created some initial package pickup confusion. However, I was still able to collect all ~20 packages I ordered successfully. Location (4.5/5): Good freeway access, good grocery access (Trader Joe's, Costco), and a decent 10 min walk to bart. Not too many restaurants nearby though compared to some other locations in SF
