Review from the web

I lived here for a year and a half. There were some intial minor hiccups, but Larry and his team took care of it rapidly and seamlessly. Anytime I had an issue, Larry was on it faster than light. Only reason I moved out was my SO and I decided it was time to move in together and a studio wasn't large enough for the both of us. If you don't need a large space, this place is awesome, parking is pretty easy, most inconvenience is maybe around the corner. The apartment is nice, the only downfall is the lack of elevator. But beyond that, most of the the time laundry is available, the Bridge sports bar is literally a block away and is still one of my favorite spots in Seattle. Just north is the Juneau convenience store, which is fairly priced and exceptionally convenient. I loved living here and miss it still. It's price for size is perfect and when you move in, I promise, it'll be exactly what you want. As a shout out, Larry the property manager is super chill, he's always helpful and easily the best landlord/property manager I've ever interacted with. The company that owns this property is also super helpful and easy to work with.

Review from the web

The property manager is amazing, maintenance requests are fixed right away often next day, the rent is reasonable, the inside of the apartment unit is very nice and new, no issues. The actual building is old, from maybe the early 1900s I think, but it's well taken care of. I've had bad experiences with landlords in the past, but this place is really great, glad I found it.

Methodology: How we got this data

Zumper’s proprietary rental data fuels our analysis. Rent and market trends, availability, neighborhood popularity, and lifestyle scores are all calculated using real-time and 2024 rental inventory and prices.

Our Lifestyle Categories ("great for eco-living," "great for social life," "great for pet owners," etc.) are determined by set criteria, against which we score each listing and its available features. At the neighborhood level, we calculate the listing count for each category to determine which lifestyles best fit each area.

Zumper, founded in 2012, is North America’s largest privately-owned rental platform, offering over 1 million listings across the U.S. and Canada. Stay informed on the latest trends and shifts in the rental market with our monthly National Rent Report, your go-to resource for key insights into the evolving rental landscape.
