Mold under paint, growing through in the bathroom. Complaints about it, never addressed. Management is unresponsive about any issues that may arise. From needing a parking space to needing repairs, expect it to take dozens of attempts or hounding them non stop in order for there to be ANY progress. Maintained with the classic landlord special, the whole "We paint over EVERYTHING over and OVER, until cabinets won't close" schtick. Fresh paint won't hide crumbling infrastructure. great teriyaki joint on the corner though.

Mindy the landlord was very rude and unhelpful and stole my deposit. Despite vacating Swansonia Apartments in July, 2024, I only received my deposit refund in October. 75% was deducted for cleaning and painting, with no explanation or documentation provided. I requested a detailed breakdown of these charges, to understand the reasoning behind the deductions but nothing was provided. I believe these charges are unjustified, as I maintained the apartment diligently. Mindy refused to provide any clarification and tried gaslighting me. I also contacted the higher management to let them know of this issue but they didn’t care. I would strongly recommend against renting here.
