I have been living here at Anchor flats for a year and a half. After taking in consideration that this is a low income complexe I personally am impressed with it. I do agree with others that the trash room can be messy but they do take it twice a week so I doesn't seem to be that bothersome. We do have package theft rarely but we have a amazon pick up in walking range. I do wish we had better washer machines in the laundryrooms. The apartments them selfs are great. This is a great place for getting your feet underneath you. Also the location itself is something else.

Management is non-existent here. Like actually. We've gone through 4 or 5 managers within the past 2 1/2 years. Repairs have taken years to get to as well. There are literal crazy people within these walls. Fights break out, loud neighbors, aggressive, scary, or creepy people. To be honest I fear for my safety sometimes when I walk in the lobbies/hallways alone or when I hear loud noises because of how many loud noises have turned into 911 calls. The area is very nice, and so are the apartments themselves. But if you're someone that doesn't have thick skin or the willpower it takes to live in this kind of building, do not even think about leasing here. It can genuinely be pretty dangerous.
