I have lived in this apartment for a year. The vibe around the area is not for me, but the apartment itself is great! The interior looks really nice and fancy to me when I first moved here. There are many facilities in the building, such as laundry room, even though my apartment comes with washer and dryer. My experience with the managers here has been very very good. My second building manager, K, is really friendly, and really responsive. He answers my request for internet issue super quickly and he texted me with any updates even outside of his working hours. Honestly the internet issue itself was annoying, but K had been a great middle man in contacting the technicians and forwarding their responses to me. He is very patient. I'm really grateful, and I think he is a great manager. My first building manager was A, and he was awesome too. He helped me find a parking spot for my car when I didn't have a street parking permit and he responded to my call when I lost my entrance key and replaced it within a day so my day was not interrupted at all. The management of this building has always been great. If you like the vibe in Cap Hill, this apartment is close to everything and will be a great choice for you.

The Bristol Building has been completely, 100% renovated. The building under previous owners and management was not liveable or safe. The entire structure has been seismically upgraded to 2017 requirements and all electrical, fire safety, plumbing, and sewer lines have been replaced. It was important to make sure our tenants were safe - first and foremost, in addition to maintaining the integrity and character of the Bristol in the the heart of historic Capitol Hill. Original 1908 Georgian architectural details have been maintained and restored, high ceilings, exposed brick, and hardwood floors discovered and refurbished. A new and ethically responsible property management company has been hired. The Bristol is an historic, beautifully restored building committed to the safety, peace of mind, and satisfaction our tenants. (Westlake Associates for inquiries).
