No other area in the city has as much to offer as this locaton on Capitol Hill. Mere blocks from all you could want or need, including the new Light Rail Station, all the major bus lines, the Seattle Street Car, as well as multiple grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants, shops, and nightlife galore. Trader Joe's is just a few blocks away. The Bristol has been completely renovated with designer finishes and detailing throughout the building. It has a gorgeous lobby, has been updated with a new plumbing system, has been seismically retrofitted for earthquakes, is a controlled access property, and has a beautiful new bike room, complete with a pump station. Unit 100 is situated off the main lobby and has gorgeous hardwood flooring, modern cabinets, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, as well as in-unit washer/dryer. The picture frame window in the living room faces West which receives beautiful natural light. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. $49/month fee for internet.
