No other area in the city has as much to offer in such a close distance as Capitol Hill. Mere blocks from all you could want or need, including the new Light Rail Station, all the major bus lines, and the Seattle Street Car, as well as multiple grocery stores, movie theaters, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife galore. The Bristol has been completely renovated with designer finishes and detailing throughout the building. It has a gorgeous lobby, and has been updated with a new plumbing system, has been earthquake seismic retrofitted, has modern controlled building access with an intercom system, and a beautiful clean brand new bike room, with pump station, for tenants to use. Unit 100 is situated off the main lobby and has gorgeous hardwood flooring, modern cabinets, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, as well as in-unit washer/dryer. The picture frame window in the living room faces West which receive beautiful natural light. At the time of application, we require payment of the $25 application fee per person and a $250 deposit that is then applied to the $1000 refundable security deposit upon approval. $49/month fee for internet.
