Lived in Norman arms apartments for a year Pros: -Andrew the apartment manager is amazing - Large 1 bedroom apartments with patio - Cool Neighbors who mind their own business -Beautiful bamboo trees in the patio - Older building with character and charm - Maintanince guy is professional and always gets maintaince orders completed in a 24 hr window -New washer and dryer in laundry room -Parking spots in the back you can reserve Cons: -Even after cleaning they took like $400 out of our deposit, wish I didn't clean
