The Regis is located in a very residential neighborhood, so it is nice and quiet with plenty of street parking. You can walk almost anywhere from this building around Capitol Hill, down to Volunteer Park and an amazing, wooded park at the end of 19th. You are walking distance to shopping and dining along 19th Ave, 15th Ave, and Broadway. Grocery stores (Madison Market & Trader Joe's) are also close by on Madison Street, and Safeway on 15th Ave. Easy access to freeways I-5, I-90 and 520 - less than 10 minutes from the front door! Bus #12 runs along our street and will take you straight downtown. Bus #8 will take you to Seattle Center in just 20 minutes! |
