I've lived at Skye for just over a half-year now and have had generally great experiences. Pricing for the units is very reasonable given the area. The patio is a great addition for dog owners and a nice space to relax (my small complaint is that it doesn't drain very well so it can sometimes get muddy/puddly [making up new words] with the Seattle drizzles). The elevators seem to be in a constant state of whack-a-mole regarding which are functioning, but it's a small issue in light of my overall solid experience. The staff are truly wonderful which is why I was originally motivated to leave the review. It's very obvious that Susan (total sweetheart) and Sam work diligently to keep the building at peak functioning. I had a few maintenance requests early on and Bruce helped me within an hour or two every time. I've primarily interacted with the leasing agents and Tyler is my absolute favorite. He's welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly motivated to help with any issues or requests you have. He makes a point to give a warm hello whenever he sees me, and my dog adores him which is the ultimate stamp of approval. 9/10 overall, building management/staff are top tier
