I discovered this community via Google Maps, after driving by other apartment complexes in the area which, after just seeing them from the road, I decided against. Before returning to my temporary, interim motel room, I thought I'd check again to find out if there were other apartments available soon in the White Center/Burien area. Garden Pointe Apartments happened to be just a few blocks from where I stopped to conduct my inquiry on Google Maps. I was immediately impressed with its well-maintained appearance, so I drove through its community. Because it was a Sunday, I called the office on Monday. I began here with pleasant telephone conversations with one of the managers named Theresa and scheduled an appointment for my fiance' and I to view the available apartments on Tuesday. When my fiance' and I arrived, we were proficiently assisted by Community Manager Heidi Schultz, who answered all of our questions, then one of the friendly maintenance engineers, Jerome, gave us tours of available apartments of all three floor plans. We were so impressed, we decided right then and there which apartment we wanted. Heidi interviewed us in such a personable way that we felt immediately welcome, along with a sense of wonderful rapport. I returned our applications to Heidi right before the office closed on Wednesday. She asked if we could return Thursday morning, to meet with Theresa and herself. I explained that my fiance' would be unable to attend, but I would be there. I expected we'd all be reviewing our applications and addressing any further questions and/or interview topics. To my most pleasant surprise, because it happened so expediently, I was informed that our applications had been approved. I very happily took residence in my apartment six days later. (My fiance' will be joining me on Thanksgiving.) Since then, I've met another friendly, helpful maintenance engineer named Daniel. All of the staff I've met to-date at Garden Pointe Apartments seem to sincerely enjoy their professional positions of employment here, by always exuding great attitudes, complemented by smiles. The other residents I've met so far have all been nice, too. I've also befriended a wonderful bunch of children, who enjoy stopping to see my two cats or visit with me when they see us. Although this is only my third week of residency, I'm looking forward to my future year(s) in my beautiful home here, which is centrally located, and where everything's well-maintained and beautifully landscaped, and where I know I am safe.
