I've been here for several months now, and I can honestly say this place is fantastic! Micah, the building manager, is incredibly attentive and always quick to respond. The building itself is spotless and well-maintained. I often see the cleaning crew working in the common areas, and the plants outside are always beautifully cared for. *When I first applied for an apartment here, he reached out so fast to check-in with me! Trust me, he is the best building manager I’ve ever had. It's perfectly situated – close enough to the main Fremont spots like restaurants and the waterfront, so you can walk there in just a few minutes, but far enough away to enjoy peaceful nights. I highly recommend this apartment. I absolutely love living here!
