Ive lived here for about 3 years now and I’ve grown fonder over time. I love how I’m in the middle of downtown and everything is so close to me. Pretty spacious apt all utilities are included. I love the privacy of having my key fob taking me directly to my floor. That way I know not everyone has access to my floor. Management and staff are very welcoming and you can tell they actually care about the residents staying here. The building is constantly cleaned everyday which is a huge deal to me especially during this covid-19 epidemic. So much has improved over time and I look forward to staying here.

My husband and I moved in almost 2 years ago, and although there were so many issues with pest control, security, and questionable tenants, the management team has done a tremendous job making this a great place to live. KaSheen and all the other staff, including maintenance and the nice woman who cleans the common areas, have been working tirelessly to make this building a much better place to call home. From my understanding, management changed not too long before we moved in, and this 112 year old building was in serious need of an overhaul. Since moving in, many problem tenants have been dealt with, and security has greatly improved. Although other reviews mention roaches and bedbugs, the current situation is 1000 times better than it was 2 years ago. Management has pest control treatments done in the building on a regular basis, and if tenants follow the guidelines on cleanliness and preventative measures, there would not be an issue with pests. In the past 4 months, I've seen 3 bedbugs, and when management was notified, we had a treatment done. Our apartment doesn't have roaches either. Overall, even with past issues and occasional problem tenants, KaSheen and the staff have gone above and beyond to make this a good place to live, and honestly, we love it here.
