Pets are limited by size and breed and are subject to Management approval. There is a limit of two animals per apartment. A pet deposit and/or pet fee may be required for all pets in the apartment. Pet rent may also be required. In general, only common, domestic, nonaggressive animals will be accepted. Residents will not be allowed to have a pet that is a Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Terrier, Chow-Chow, and any dog that manager believes, in its sole discretion, is a cross breed of or related to any of these breeds. Caged birds are permitted. Fish tanks, if permitted, may not exceed 40 gallons and must be properly supported. No exotic animals (such as reptiles, ferrets, pot belly pigs) are permitted. Other animals may be excluded. We may also restrict or require the removal of any breed that becomes known as aggressive, in our sole discretion. Ask Management for further information. Animal rules apply to all animals at the Community, including those animals that are visiting or are temporary. Certain animals may be restricted from designated floors or buildings at the community. It is the responsibility of the applicant to select an apartment for their current and future needs. We are happy to evaluate any requests to keep assistance animals at the community.

I lived there for 2 years. The staff were pretty nice and always ready to help. I lived with my friend for the first year, the view was great and we could see the entire lake union. I switched to a 1 bedroom unit for the second year. One thing bothered me was the upastair noise, I could hear the foot step clearly and occasionally sounded like something was smashing the floor. I have complained to management once and things got slightly better. Another thing was the garbage truck. It operated once or twice a week, sometimes they came at around 6/7 AM, which was super loud. Other than that, I enjoyed living there. It was a quiet community most of the time and a good place for WFH.

I’ve been living in this apartment for three years and love the atmosphere and all the great events! Now it’s renovating and I am really excited to see how cool it would be in the future!!
