My husband and I have been living at Chloe Apartments in the Union building for the last year and we have just renewed our lease for another year. So far we have had a positive experience and have enjoyed living in our apartment. The staff are all friendly and helpful - front desk, maintenance and cleaning staff. Devonte, the community manager is a super nice guy and has assisted us many times with questions or follow ups. Our apartment faces the community garden (east) which has been peaceful and pleasant weather and sound wise. In warmer months we see lots of birds and sometimes a squirrel. We especially love that the apartment is pet friendly, we were able to adopt a dog last year and the dog relief area on the rooftop has been great. The rooftop also has beautiful views and space for hosting friends for BBQs. I have also taken advantage of the community gym, no parking/walking to a regular gym and no memberships! Lots of restaurants and bars around within an easy walking distance. Overall the building is well maintained, the staff really care and try their best, if something needs to be addressed they do communicate the issue to the residents over email and try to sort it out as soon as possible. Worked with Corey Lamb when I was apartment shopping, he answered all my questions quickly and was very patient as I looked through multiple units over the course of a few weeks. The apartment itself is fantastic as well.
