If you’re looking for a convenient, modern space to call home, Iron Flats Apartments is a great choice. Ignore reviews posted before mid-2023, when a new, responsive management team took over. Virtually every matter posted in negative reviews has been corrected. A new package receiving protocol and building entry system are in place, and management is working hard fixing water damage to East Building caused by a Winter 2024 frozen pipe. I moved into the building just after it opened and would still be there if I hadn’t moved out of state. You’ll find a friendly welcome by the office and maintenance staffs

Iron Flats is a great building with great amenities in an accessible location. There are several common areas including a garden on the roof, which I thought was a nice touch. The units are fairly priced for their size and location. A great place to live if you are looking for a walkable area with a view and a full set of amenities! Also- the building has been under new management for 10 months and has been significantly better since the change.
