Great location, literally everything is within walking distance. Groceries, restaurants, bars, and even the beach. Bus stops along the main street that can take you anywhere around Seattle as well. If you have a car, parking is a downside but most residents park either by the bank (which there is an agreement at certain times) and residential parking. Only 10-15 mins from downtown Seattle, 7 mins from Golden Gardens, 10-15 mins from the mall, 12 mins from the zoo, and more. Been here over a year now and management has been great. Again this is my experience here but also residents are quiet and keep to themselves. Definitely recommend buying AC or fans during the summer though. As the PNW, most places do not have AC.

great residents, understanding property management. public transportation access, access to dentists and doctors, pharmacy and 4 grocery stores, restaurants, community centers and pesticide free parks. prompt trash service and colleges in area. super quiet community. hard to get maintenance or ahold of new property manager. no parking lot.
