The whole staff has always made me feel like part of there family. Giovann and Yadira are very professional as the managers. Kaleb and Josh are always friendly and very professional too. When I run into Sonia and Demetria they always say hi and are very friendly. I have watched the whole staff interact with the tenants that live there and I will say I always see the tenants smiling when they leave the office. If I didn’t own a home I would definitely move into the complex and feel really at home cause that’s the way they make you feel.

Someone broke a glass bottle on the walkway and it took almost a week for anyone to sweep it up. Have an emergency request like a leaking pipe that can’t be turned off? Good luck hearing back from 24hr maintenance. Have a dispute about move out charges? Good luck hearing back from corporate. From top to bottom Valley Income Properties is a joke, absentee landlords. This complex is a horror show. Find something else
