The complex is trashed because homeless people love to dig into the trash and throw garbage everywhere. The dog park is always dirty and filthy, makes the complex smell awful. The only great part of this complex is the landlord Jackie she handles all the complaints and makes sure you feel heard. The Howe is overpriced and ghetto.

These are easily the WORST apartments I’ve ever lived in. My water pressure is non existent and my bedroom light does not work, been trying to contact maintenance for 3.5 months now with 0 response. There are homeless people CONSTANTLY lounging around the parking lot, digging through the complex trash, and nodding off in the dumpster area…not to mention one of them keyed my car and ripped my door handle off. People are always cutting through the lot as well. The price is outrageous for the amenities they have or should I say lack there of (no pool, gym, mail room, cameras, or gate). Get a grip.
