Maintenance is great and almost always resolves my issue within the same day. New management company is very bad. Would not rent here again. Laundry machines have been broken for over 6 months. Management often refuses to communicate. They will ignore you when trying to renew your lease. They will change the building locks and not tell the tenets effectively locking all the residents out of the building, and the building is now starting to have a cockroach problem. I've been here for 6 years, the 1st 4 years were great, then the new management company took over around 18 months ago and it has been all downhill since.
