I absolutely love living at Atwater! I've been here for over 4 years and have enjoyed being here. Vanessa is absolutely amazing and takes everyone into consideration. She has her hands full with all the residents that live here and she still makes time to come over and make sure our problem was dealt with. The maintenance is great and if there's ever an issue with the water she lets everyone know by text AND email before the water is shut off. She always gives us an estimated time of how long it will be off and if it's longer she keeps us updated and always apologizes. She's extremely amazing and I wish every apartment complex had a leasing manager like her. Thank you Vanessa and Atwater for such an amazing place to live!!!

Always nice and friendly front office staff and maintenance workers are always on top of things. Never had any issues.... My family and I wanted to give recognition where it is due. David is such a pleasure to deal with all the time. His communication and customer service skills are exceptional. The best we've experienced in the 6 1/2 years that we have resided here. The previous managers, except for a few in the past, were unsatisfactory. With that being said, We feel that David is a great asset to your company. He is professional, proactive, patient and responsive. This past Sunday our a/c stopped working afterhours. I contacted the Maintenance Emergency line. I spoke to Eddie. He arrived shortly after I spoke to him. He checked out the a/c unit and discovered that the a/c motor was burned out. Eddie had the part on hand and swapped it out within a matter of minutes and then our a/c was back up and running. Kudos to Eddie for his quick response to our maintenance emergency and quick service in this heat. Eddie you're awesome, me and my family appreciate you.

They allowed their construction workers to wake our community with workers working at 2am. We are sick of your loud and unwanted interventions. When are you going to be done and gone?
