Review from the web

leaky roof and single pane windows mean mildew and mold and drafty apartments. building is always dirty inside and out. the apartment "manager" Rene is rude and unprofessional. regularly fails to communicate about critical issues such as : front door access codes, fire alarm testing, heater/plumbing inspections in your unit, etc. he uses aggressive and threatening language against tenants. exposed everyone's email and phone numbers to residents through lazy email and texting (vs using the portal for official professional communication).

Review from the web

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The absolute WORST apartment I’ve ever lived in. I got charged for an electrical fire that was caused by the building’s faulty wiring, I’ve never received a single package I’ve ordered all year because they keep getting stolen, any letters I’ve been sent I can’t receive because I was never given a mail key, the laundry machines never work properly since the app you have to use for it straight up steals your money, and there’s not even a phone number to call or office to visit on site. It genuinely surprises me how this place is operating because it doesn’t seem to be run by ANYBODY.

Speaking of caffeine, welcome to coffee city – let's get you acquainted with your new hangout spots. Methodology: How we got this data

Zumper’s proprietary rental data fuels our analysis. Rent and market trends, availability, neighborhood popularity, and lifestyle scores are all calculated using real-time and 2024 rental inventory and prices.

Our Lifestyle Categories ("great for eco-living," "great for social life," "great for pet owners," etc.) are determined by set criteria, against which we score each listing and its available features. At the neighborhood level, we calculate the listing count for each category to determine which lifestyles best fit each area.

Zumper, founded in 2012, is North America’s largest privately-owned rental platform, offering over 1 million listings across the U.S. and Canada. Stay informed on the latest trends and shifts in the rental market with our monthly National Rent Report, your go-to resource for key insights into the evolving rental landscape.
