The only positive for these apartments was the location. Management was horrible. Within 1 year there were 4 different landlords, I had an improper rent increase of more than 10 percent (I had to complain to the BBB in order to get a response) , and am currently dealing with improper cleaning charges/withholding of deposit funds, which will be taken to small claims court. Mailboxes were replaced due to break ins and packages were stolen frequently. Garage door would break periodically, as well as building entries. They rent parking spots outside of residents, so it's also super expensive and insecure. Garbage isn't secured and always a mess behind the building. Contacting management or northwest apartments always resulted in a week or two wait in responses, if any at all. After multiple requests over the past couple months for a copy of actual move in inspection which they would need to use to charge for any cleaning, they've yet to provide one. Though they tried sending my move out inspection which indicates there shouldn't have been any charges... Company charges way too much for a bad remodel; poor paint work that's splattered everywhere, stains in cupboards and bathroom, uneven new flooring, etc. If you decide to take the chance be exceedingly thorough on your inspection, take more notes than usual, and pictures. Even take a pic of the inspection form, and don't trust they'll do anything correctly /timely /or against their own benefit.

These apartments are not well managed. My apartment flooded and it took over 40 days for the ceiling to be fixed. Management is slow to respond to tenants, often taking over a week to respond on urgent requests.
