There's something about the studio Apartment that's under my friends apartment. Each time someone moves into it they end up going loony or crazy

The person who rented me the apartment is kind and very diligent, but after a month they changed buildings and everything got very bad. everything very filthy. animal feces everywhere. they steal the mail. There are homeless people who live inside the building. forgive drug addicts. schizophrenic. I didn't know what I was getting into. They never answer my calls or messages. A water tank broke and I lasted 4 days without water. everything a disaster.
