The apartment complex is very nice and maintained. It's not that old ferly new, has a pet area for my dog which is nice, and the lobby area has a keypad and overall with character. They did have keypad problems before because it was new, but now we don't have such problems. We do have an Amazon package locker which solves our package theft problem. The building does not have an elevator just like many other apartments. And the ownership is fixing the problem with the air conditioning in the hallways. The managing team is ok, just like any other managing team out there. There are a couple of prepaid parking spots in the back, and we do have cameras everywhere. The hallways are clean with character, and the units themselves are very nice and stylish, I love the finishes such as cabinetry, countertops, and flooring, not like any other apartment next door. Would recommend living here.

This apartment is very up to date and modern. It’s close to a lot of places and not far from the bus stop. The layout of the place is convenient. It’s a quiet place despite being on aurora. I really enjoy being in the place. The esthetic, the vibe, and everything the building comes in with really gives the place character. Would definitely recommend
