leaky roof and single pane windows mean mildew and mold and drafty apartments. building is always dirty inside and out. the apartment "manager" Rene is rude and unprofessional. regularly fails to communicate about critical issues such as : front door access codes, fire alarm testing, heater/plumbing inspections in your unit, etc. he uses aggressive and threatening language against tenants. exposed everyone's email and phone numbers to residents through lazy email and texting (vs using the portal for official professional communication).
