Lived here for a few years. A few of the average aspects of this place (all studios): very small units, no functioning kitchen (you get a sink and a microwave), no parking (unless you use the unsafe, dark road covered in needles behind the building). New management came through claiming to care about working with tenants impacted by COVID; raised rent across the board anyway. They tried lying to the city about renovating units into lofts so that they wouldn't have to declare some of them as MFTE-compatible (so they wouldn't have to price them at a lower rate). Had a few months where they couldn't figure out how to stop the building fire alarm system from going off at early hours in the morning/at night; had to evacuate multiple times into the winter night and wait for the fire department to come. Sometimes happened multiple times a night. Toss a coin every day to determine if the elevator decides to not work that day. Prepare for typical landlord behavior here and not many amenities to justify the price. One of the employees likes to scream through the halls in the summer for a solid ten minutes if there's a car in the back blocking anything, which might be justifiable if it wasn't obnoxious. Upsides? It's close to the I-5 entrance, has a great view from the roof, in-unit washer/dryer, and is close to the Burke-Gillman Trail. 1 mile from central campus and 1 mile from Gasworks.
