I lived here for two years and the Broadway Building staff are absolutely amazing. They treat you like a human being here, know your name, but if you want to be left alone they'll do that too. Anytime I had a problem with maintenance, or noise ect. they worked to fix it promptly, I almost always heard back within 2 hours, and ALWAYS heard back within 24 hours. I really could not recommend a Hunters Capital property enough.

I've been living here for more than a year and it's been the best building I've ever lived in. There are always fun community events happening, as well as events with the other building. Our community manager Brittany is always friendly and very helpful in resolving any questions and concerns. Ernie and the maintenance crew are great. They recently upgraded my apartment and it's been great. They respond quickly and professionally whenever I've had to get something fixed or replaced. Definitely recommend. I hope to live here for years to come!
