You can sit in your living room and hear full conversations while people are grilling and filling your apartment with smoke. Someone broke a glass bottle on the walkway and it took almost a week for anyone to sweep it up. Have an emergency request like a leaking pipe that can’t be turned off? Good luck hearing back from 24hr maintenance. Have a dispute about move out charges? Good luck hearing back from corporate. From top to bottom Valley Income Properties is a joke, absentee landlords. This complex is a horror show. Find something else

The property manager Lyndsay made sure she did everything in her power to get my unit ready in time for my move out date. My unit was the first unit ready and I was the first to occupy the building on… May 6th which was actually before my move out date. You can truly tell that Lyndsay is in this line of work because she wants to be. She took every concern I had seriously. She never made me feel rushed and always showed empathy! Everyone that lives here is honestly so nice it’s a little unreal and I am so happy and thankful to be apart of this community! Also, the unit is wonderful! My daughter drinks a ton of water so having a filtration system is a huge blessing. The freezer makes ice and every unit has a washer and dryer. The children’s nook is hands down the best!!

Just moved in for a week and so far I am SUPER happy! Ethan was so accommodating for my needs as a new tenant and was very responsive and helpful. So far I'm very grateful that the sound dampening seems effective, I can't hear my neighbors at all, but when I walk outside I can see they've got TVs on and such so that truly is a blessing.
