Just moved in for a week and so far I am SUPER happy! Ethan was so accommodating for my needs as a new tenant and was very responsive and helpful. So far I'm very grateful that the sound dampening seems effective, I can't hear my neighbors at all, but when I walk outside I can see they've got TVs on and such so that truly is a blessing. The fringe city location is perfectly walkable to downtown but also kind of private and tucked away. Also in-unit washer dryer 🙏 Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a spot!
