I recently had the pleasure of working with Terry Graves, one of the staff members at CELIA APARTMENTS, and I couldn't be more impressed. From the moment I moved in, Terry has gone above and beyond to ensure that my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for the residents are truly remarkable.
Terry is incredibly responsive to any concerns or questions, always addressing them promptly and effectively. He has a knack for making residents feel valued and heard, no matter how big or small the issue. His warm and friendly demeanor creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes CELIA APARTMENTS feel like home.
Reese was extremely helpful. Walked me through every question and I had. Him and Dolores made the move in process very easy. The gym build out is solid, not your typical apartment gym. Has some interesting features like the hammock park and volleyball net. The property is pretty quiet as well.

Awak is AMAZING. She was so kind and helpful. The office was very busy and she kept a smile on her face and remained professional and informed me of everything I needed to know and more about the complex. If we decide to lease, part of it would be because of her.
I've lived here over 2 years now and I'm very happy with one person in particular. Aris is the maintenance person who has helped me with making this a good place to live. I'm a senior, work at home. Aris always keeps me informed about my work orders and keeps getting things done in timely manner. I thank him very much for doing a superior job, very ethical and my dog loves him. Always friendly and available. ❣️

I was originally going to put 3 out of 5 stars with this review because I was neutral about my living experience where.
I had a good experience with Eris, he always took care of the issues in my apartment efficiently.
The office crew is doing what they can with what they have. Awok and Terry are the two I've had the most experience with and they're very helpful.
Now comes the day that made this 3 into a 5. I had issues with the maintenance team coming in and not listening to a request I had made. A few issues arose from that and I ended up talking with Kate, the new Property Manager. I think with her leadership the building issues will be addressed. She's been attentive to the problems and honestly she's really accommodated for the concerns I had.
I think, if you are second guessing because of the past reviews, I would see the place and talk with Kate. There are real changes happening right now.
Update (5 stars) 12/3: Managed to get ahold of Kate and she was very kind and professional and got what I need immediately addressed taken care of and I assume the other less sensitive matters will follow suit.
For others, if you need to get ahold of the office use the general celia@rpmliving email rather then your leasing agent. Individual staff doesn't work standard hours.
Update (2 stars) 12/3: Lowering my review back down because I get better response times when it's a low rating. I need the unit damages fixed, and if you're charging an additional $100 cleaning fee, I would like some cleaning done.
The viynal floor is pealing, ac vent filter needs replaced, and the tub drain has a hair clog, no hot water in the kitchen. And more in the email I sent.
Update (4 stars) 11/27: It's unfortunate that I needed to write a public review to get communication from someone in the office, but Terry called promptly and was very nice and knowledgeable and got things moving again. I will update with continued experience.
(1 star) 11/27:Please respond to my emails or answer my calls. If I move in in 3 days, I need to make sure everything is taken care of.

Immensely grateful for the office staff here. I wish more people would realize they’re doing their very best with the resources they’ve been given and a little patience and some kind words go a long way.
Isabel, Terry, and Dolores helped me out when I really needed it. Plus Kendal and John are so sweet to my pup.
John Warinner in the office has given me A++ service since day 1. Attentive, sincere, and goes the extra mile without being asked. He gave the best move in experience I’ve ever had, and that is saying something, I’m 70 years old. He even did maintenance work for me when no one else would. Give this man a raise.
