My car got broken into 6 times, I told the property manager and they did nothing. There’s no cameras, no security, the gate is busted and all kinds of traffic goes through the apartment as it’s right behind the hospital and is busy. Sometimes drug addicts walk through smoking out of what looks like glass or metal pipes. Two people were shot and killed nearby in the last year. It’s not a safe place by any means. The rent is priced too high for how small the apartments are. I even had stuff stolen from in front of my unit. Definitely not worth renting.
