So I have been here at Rise Desert West for over 8 months now. First floor tenant with no complaints about my apartment. I keep to myself, take my dog out for walks and have not seen or experienced any of the types of things reported in these reviews. Well, short of my car being stolen within the first three months that I was here. But that is not the complexs fault. And it's since been resolved with my insurance company. So, as far as I am concerned, Rise management personnel have been great. Carlos was here when I first moved in and he was courteous and professional and communicated all things regarding my future apartment to me prior to my move in. Kudos to him. In the time since I have been here, the current property manager, Alondra De La Cruz has been approachable, professional, and courteous when I have met with her. I will take this moment to say that a previous employee (not sure, but I believe that she was the previous manager) was rude and very short with me when I came in within the first month or so that I was here. She cut me off numerous times when I was speaking to her (basically to let me know that she was right and I was wrong) regarding my rent receipt for that month. So it's been quite refreshing to be able to meet with someone who has given me that "open door" courtesy. Even when I have walked in and could tell that she was very busy, she has taken the time to assist with any issues that I had. So, thank you Alondra. As it stands, I currently plan on staying here another lease term once my lease is up.
since me and my wife has moved in alondra has been super helpful , super nice and understanding. i appreciate her for always being on top of everything , as soon as i report something needed to be done she has always made sure things were great and making sure things get done . thank you guys !

I am especially grateful for Alondra De La Cruz she has been nothing but amazing to me and my family, she is quick and efficient with any issue. Those types of thoughtful gestures really made a difference for me I really have had a great experience with the company as a whole and the staff. I couldn't recommend them more! Where do I even begin, Alondra has been absolutely, hands down the best manager/person out of my my 4 years of renting through apartments! She’s super courteous, easy to talk to and she works with you when you need a little help. Before I met her, I was nervous to talk to management because I’ve dealt with rude managers in the past. I’m very grateful to have met her and to have her as my manager and the staff that she leads is just as professional as her. Thank you to the whole team! It’s been amazing residing under her management.

The girls in the office have shown me openness to my requests and have accommodated my needs many times. The apartments are comfortable and well equipped. I like the community, it’s quiet, calm and discreet, all you need for a secure and peaceful home.
