During the whole time I've been here, I've never been able to hear my neighbors through the walls from within my apartment. The current Property Manager, James W, is hands down the best property manager of any place I've lived to date. Every time I've went to talk to him about something he's always been very helpful and accommodating. He puts a lot of time into improving the community at the place. Recently, for Halloween he decorated and later put out some candies in the lobby area for people to grab. Little things like this make the place special to live at.

Ty & the leasing team at 8th + Republican are amazing. Moving across country can bring a lot of logistical headaches, moving into this apartment was one of our least concerns. Move-in day was incredibly efficient and organized, the team went above and beyond to have everything in place by the time we arrived after driving for so many hours to arrive in Seattle. I really can’t emphasize how excellent the staff + maintenance team has been since living here! The building itself is fantastic and the apartments are perfect! Carolina Court was a very comfy place to live. I enjoyed the well-maintained garden/green space at the entrance, the new gym, and the modern laundry facilities. The newest building manager was also extremely kind and pleasant to work with. I initially chose to live in Carolina Court because it offered the most affordable rent out of anywhere in SLU, and for the price, it exceeded my expectations and was a very enjoyable experience. Only negative thing about Carolina Court is that it is located near busy roads, and it can be loud when buses or motorcycles pass by. However, that is just part of living in a busy neighborhood. Would highly recommend looking at Carolina Court

I have lived at this property for close to four years. I was one of the first residents to live on this property. I rent a five-bedroom and pay a little over $2200 a month I’ve never been late and never had any complaints. You definitely do not wanna live on this property. The parking is terrible and their policies regarding the parking are terrible and inconsistent. They tow cars as a business if you were to ask me. They have staff at the property with a super high turnover. They also have a class-action suit against the HNN property management company right now for fraudulently keeping tenant's security deposits! Don’t move here! The property and the units are beautiful but you’ll regret everything except the price! Those are only some of the cons! The pros are 1. If you put a work order in, they will fix it immediately! 2. The living space is beautiful and comfortable! 3. The maintenance people are very friendly That somehow doesn’t make up for the stress that you have to endure with their conflicting policies and the deceptive staff! This is the last straw with them for me. (I can’t even begin to go into detail without writing a book about their unprofessionalism) I’m moving as soon as possible!
