Under paid maintenance who he fires because they were on their phone looking up how to fix the propertys broken lawnmower, and because he was sitting in his car waiting on the arrival of a trenching tool, after he'd been digging for almost 9 hours. Nice and comfy apt. Had a 2 bed 2 bath with a full kitchen and laundry area (washer dryer not included). Never had any issues with noise from surrounding rooms or outside and in the 4 years I was there, I never had any worries about nefarious activity either. What few repair needs or other issues I had were all resolved quickly and amicably and the overall condition of the complex was always good and clean. Bonus to the fact that the mail room is protected by a coded gate. The staff were always kind to me and my roommate and we wish them all the best!
