Had a tour at The Anderson and it is incredible! The brand-new building has beautiful resident spaces: rooftop terrace, high-tech gym, space to work from home. The pool is a perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The front office team were so welcoming and friendly. Alexandra showed me around and I really appreciated all of the details she pointed out inside the apartment. This is a super great area of Austin and it's right across from Alamo Drafthouse, and my favorite KBBQ spot, Korea House! Can't wait to move in!

The leasing office has gone above and beyond to ensure the process of applying, as well as the move in, were as smooth/stress free as possible. But it doesn’t end there; Bonnie, Jennifer, and Matthew are always willing to provide help with any questions. They definitely make it feel like home, and speak to you in a genuinely kind manner. The standard has everything one could need: coffee, gym, pools, great location, friendly leasing staff, mailroom, and maintenance crew that are also very friendly. This is definitely a place I am happy to refer to as home, and look forward to at the end of a long day.

Really enjoyed my last 2 years living here, Mary (manager) and Shawn (maintenance) delivered great service and were always really prompt with requests. Amenities included a small laundry room (6 washers/6 dryers, was never a problem finding a free machine), gate access to the neighboring park, and a swimming pool. There is also a food truck park a short walk away, with amazing food choices like Shoyu Sugar and Thai Time. There is also parking aplenty, you will never have a problem finding a space near your unit. Strongly recommend Hidden Timber if you are looking for a living space that is simple and quiet while being relatively cheaper than the surrounding area.
