We’ve lived here for a year now, just renewed. Honestly we’ve thoroughly enjoyed it here! I think property management companies tend to treat you like they own you, but here we’ve had a great experience so far. Great pool, maintenance response is quick, office is friendly, manager is friendly! What more could you ask for😎

We lived here from Oct 2019 through Nov 2020. We had a great time living here and enjoyed the fun activities their Community team had every once in a while (before Covid19). So, here's the breakdown: The good: The office staff is great and their current property manager is awesome! The maintenance crew is quick and do their best to get things done. The bad: Water bills are really high. It seems this apartment complex has several leaks. For instance, one month we were 2 days without water, and still we had to pay 150% more for it than the previous month. Also, the Valet Trash is very expensive ($35.00) and they don't appear to recycle anything. It's just a couple guys in a truck. They run through the floors picking up garbage bags from your apartment door just to throw them into the dumpster. Not really worth it, but you can't opt out. The Ugly: None really.
