Located just minutes away are The Domain Shopping District and The Arboretum, near highways Loop 1/ North Mopac and US183. Our pet-friendly community offers one and two bedroom apartments, sleek modern upgrades, a full list of amenities, and undeniable convenience. Our community is close to everything, from popular schools to major employers, and from fine restaurants to fun fast food. Down town is just a short commute away. Austin International School, Hyde Park High School, and Brentwood Elementary School are just a few of the schools nearby. And, don’t forget about the nightlife! Austin is a booming city with exceptional late-night clubs and bars, many of which are right outside our community. There’s no shortage of things to do nearby, and we’re happy to offer our residents quick access to fun, unique activities in the area.

Love love love the location! This complex is a gem in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. The apartments are older buildings, so naturally there are some things that deteriorate over time and need maintenance/updating. Bugs do exist here, but management is good about sending out pest control when needed. For the most part, it is a quiet community, full of pets and neighbors that look out for each other. The maintenance man, Martin, is awesome! He is knowledgeable, helpful, and goes above and beyond to try to fix whatever problem you are having. Chats are always pleasant; he is always a friendly, familiar face around the property. However, sometimes the work orders get backlogged and he is unable to tend to your issue in a timely fashion -- with the property being 100+ units, it definitely needs at least 2 maintenance people. I will have lived here a year next month, and overall, I have been happy with my experience. Though there are areas of improvement, Woodstone is a great place to call home.

Honestly, this is the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. I’ve lived in some pretty horrible situations, so I’m always weary when moving to a new place. When we were first checking it out, it felt too good to be true, but so far there has been zero issues of note. The landlord, Isabel is incredibly nice and has been helpful in many situations. The community is nice even though I have yet to attend a monthly event. I can see myself living here for years if all these positives keep up. Oh, and I love the water gets as hot as it does for the shower! It’s also a gorgeous apartment complex to walk around with all of the trees. It’s quiet and serene despite being next to a school and I’m happy that I chose Woodstone as my place of living.
