I’ve lived in the Domain for the past 4 years and my last year at The Standards has been the best and nothing but great stories. I’m moving to the east side to discover that part of the town and I’m sad to be leaving the Standards. Here is my experience for you guys Apartments: I give it an A-, they’re built new, modern appliances, and a view I truly enjoyed every day coming back from work (see image). However they can add smart door lock and thermostat to be A+. Noise: we literally have 2 stacks of windows (see image) in bedrooms and I can confirm there is no invasive noise in building 3 to keep you up. I was very worried about it before moving in actually. Management: nicest I’ve met in my past 12 years of renting in many different cities. They are flexible and try to HELP YOU! They throw good parties (not one of those lame pizza parties) every month with booze. I loved waking up to emails like “this morning don’t forget to stop by juice land and get a free shake on us”. Oscar is my boy there please and he takes care of you! Gym: it’s decent, we got cables, squats machine, all sort of free weights, and more. I always see training events. Cell reception: yes this is a big problem living at the domain, but not at the standards. My ATT line works 3 bars and 5G+ in building 3. Security: all entries are secure, and never had a problem with packages, or anything else. Parking: it’s free and I always find a spot, 1 car per applications is awesome. Neighbors: The Standards has fun and professional residents. I encountered no problematic neighbors. Dog friendly: the apartment has a private dog park and dog baths. Maintenance: almost never needed them and once I did they were fast and friendly.

For a property/company to pride themselves on giving an easy experience, they are IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. I’ve been calling, emailing and even DM through instagram since November 2023 and have heard nothing at all from anyone. I was even able to meet with the construction manager on the property site and he didn’t even know how to get into contact with anyone in charge for information. Do better.

Joke of an apartment complex. JOSIE IS AMAZING, but could be at a better property. Half of the units I entered had mold, and or roaches. 4-5 people sleeping in under 500sq ft. Drunk residents outside til 5am. Under paid maintenance who he fires because they were on their phone looking up how to fix the propertys broken lawnmower, and because he was sitting in his car waiting on the arrival of a trenching tool, after he'd been digging for almost 9 hours. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE , EVEN WORSE GUY TO WORK FOR
