Really great apartment complex. Lived here for a year. Staff and maintenance were friendly and quick to help. Lots of friendly dogs and neighbors at the dog park. Great location: close to airport and onion creek, and McKinney falls state park within a close drive. Modern apartment finishes and spacious floor plans. Although it’s a bit of a food desert with limited options around but still would recommend living here

I cannot thank Romina and all staff here for making my move the easiest, quickest process in my 13 year apartment rental history. I arrived late on a Saturday after trying to lease from Crossroad Commons for 2 weeks but they couldn't get it together. Romina was working hard on a hot afternoon but immediately stopped what she was doing to give me a tour and help me. I applied, was approved and paid my deposit within 3 hours. That's how it's done, y'all. This complex has available and clean, UPDATED units that are extremely affordable. Amenities look beautiful as well as the grounds. forever grateful.

Maintenance responded same day to the request I made through the tenant portal. Francisco is knowledgeable, professional, and responsive. He fixed my leaky refrigerator and toilet drain mechanism quickly. I appreciate how efficiently he responded to my request and how easy he made the process with his knowledge and capability. He also was very kind. Thank you!

I've been living at Cypress McKinney Falls for almost two years, and I've recently renewed my lease for a third year. Here are several reasons why I chose to renew: - Whenever I submit maintenance request, Aaron with maintenance is there either same day, or within 24 hours and takes care of everything. A prime example occurred a couple of weeks ago when I informed Aaron that my elderly grandmother was staying with me and might be startled by his visit to fix my sink. He adjusted his schedule to come on the same day while I was home with her, without any expectations. He simply did it out of consideration. - Accessibility standards are high. I have a couple of physical handicaps that require the use of a wheelchair the majority of the time. I've toured several units around central/south Austin that claim to be ADA-friendly. But the ADA units at Cypress were intentionally designed with accessibility in mind. This unit has roll-up sinks, wider doorways, front-loading washer/dryer, and a bathroom that is actually maneuverable with a wheelchair (If you know, you know). Additionally, the sidewalks are free of cracks or damage, allowing me to freely navigate the complex without any issues. - It's peaceful, sometimes eerily so on weekends. Despite some road construction during the day (Welcome to Austin), the evenings and weekends are generally tranquil. This, coupled with the walking trail adjacent to the complex, gives you the feeling of being out in the country while still being just 15 minutes away from the fun. Here's to year three!

I have lived here for about 2 years I moved into these apartments after living in rental houses for a few years, swearing I would never be in apartments again. I have had so many bad apartment experiences over the years I did not think I would be so excited to move into another apartment unit. The property is quiet, clean, safe and honestly a joy to live at. Maintenance has always been friendly and on top of the few requests I have had, even when staffing has been short. After being down hard with covid and missed a rent payment, the front desk was very understanding. The easy access into McKinney Falls and the property walking trails into the woods feels like you are living in the country while very much being near the city Neighbors in my building are quiet and all nice Pool feels like a resort quality. Always clean, just chilly enough and relaxing Gym is great for what it is. (Toss the TRX shelf and add a squat and its golden) 10/10 an amazing experience 10/10 fantastic experience

Came in for a tour and Romina the leasing agent was amazing and very helpful she showed me the model unit and let me tell you this the model looked amazing smelled fresh and very clean! Breeze ways were amazing and clean also amenities looked amazing and clean and well kept…. Outstanding office staff they had snacks to offer and drinks to cool down in this Texas heat! Maintenance staff seemed very welcoming waved hi as I came even asked me how my day was as I walked in all around great experience definitely look forward to leasing here at this community!
