I've been at this location for five years in three units. I was here during the pandemic and the ice storms that followed. The staff, specifically Angelica, from the beginning have had a genuine, positive energy with a focus on making sure problems get solved. They let me use the washer and dryer in an un-leased unit when I was having issues with mine, they take pests and noise issues seriously, and they time and time again were Very accommodating with last-minute arrangements. They have been responsive to issues in the community and transparent about progress being made with all residents. There has been an ongoing issue with car theft which the staff have been fighting an uphill battle against, and while it would be nice to see cameras on every corner and better lighting around the complex, those things are easier said than done. And after the time I've spent here, I do honestly feel a sense of trust that if there's an issue, they're making a real effort on it. The maintenance team has strongly improved since I first signed a lease here, they're responsive and reasonably thorough. This is a very unique location. Is it worth the price? I don't think so, but it is what it is. You'll get a good experience while you're here, and I will always have very positive outlook on Camden as a company because of my experience with the staff here.

Lived here for over a year now, lots of historical experience with other complexes in South Austin. The management team and office staff here is the best I have come across, period. Can't say enough positive about the secluded site, yet with immediate proximity to major thoroughfares and shopping districts. Maintenance staff are responsive and helpful, and provided are all the standard amenities one would expect from an apartment complex. They even have a community bulletin board where we can communicate with neighbors (although some people just like to complain lol, about totally normal things one would encounter at any apartment complex). Highly recommend based on location, amenities, and strength of the management team.
